We do it all – blog, twitter, forum and of course, email and use the (gasp) telephone. We believe that it is important to have a connection to our customers so they can tell us what they want us to add. The relationship is a two way street and we want them talking to us, by as many mediums as possible.

We started Social Networking and Media about 8 months ago and the more we explore, learn and understand, the more we are amazed at the response. We have a new blog, we twitter, email and as the Home Office Warrior stated GASP, we use the telephone, as well as Skype. We are generating leads, finding new sources, meeting other professionals in our field and finding new ways to use media to replace older forms of marketing. It helps us stay connected.
