I have what I thought to be a unique enough name, but unfortunately (or fortunately maybe) starlette Nicole Richie was born "Nicole Camille Escovedo" For a while, the ego search for my name by me brought up streams of pages on Nicole. It wasn't until I started reading more and more about personal branding and social media participation that I was able to swing the pendulum toward me through active engagement in various social media tools. Not sure if it's good or bad yet, but I know it works. My $0.02 Cheryl, good questions.
