You should watch the interview because Tony Hsieh is a genius when it comes to branding, corporate culture and service. He runs and $800 million dollar online internet sensation and evidently, shares a business suit with his brother. And Oprah is a master communicator. Should be a really good shoe. Er, I mean, show.
