Mark, no doubt you're helping people. Your encouragement on Twitter alone has helped numerous people with their fitness journeys. I'm one!

Jenny, your time with the coach was well spent, to be sure. Your passion for innovation is no doubt part of your success with your business. ALMOST (but not quite) makes me wish I had a baby again. :-)

Oh My! I love this topic! About a year ago, I was so lucky to meet with an amazing man, who happens to be a coach who directs his focus on how God made you. After extensive personality testing, we determined, successfully, that I am passionate about innovation. I went for a run after that meeting and realized how many times I mentally improve a product. But not only am I constantly seeking product innovation but also in methods of doing things - PR, Marketing, Advertising, and daily tasks. I love it. This works really well for my small business, where resources are limited and you have to constantly think outside the box.

This type of assessment has helped me to know who I am and how to live in my passion Every.Single.Day. Not to say that I don't still have to do things I dislike doing, but at least I know where my strength is.

Thanks for writing about this one, as I believe it is so important to the success of People!
