With the Facebook Comment System gaining momentum FB is going "get ya" one way or another. Example: Today; new FB message.email system wants ME to tell MY friends to get with the program and start using the new system (paraphrased by me). How insidious.

The accusation of Facebook incorporating a user profile photo in an advertisement is false. The screenshot displayed in the article above is part of a third-party Facebook application.

The likely cause of said advertisement is the Facebook friend connection of wife and husband. The third-party app simply chose a random friend of Peter's and displayed their profile picture next to the 'ad'. The ad being generated by the third-party, not Facebook.
