I've been working with Chick-fil-A for some time now on promotions. I can say that their company is unique for all the right reasons. This begins at the very top and is a requirement down to every employee. The bottom line is not to sell more chicken or the money - it's families and people. There are few organizations of which I am a fan, but I am now a Chick-fil-A fanatic.

Great blog post and I agree with the last comment that it has to start at the top. I just did a quick video that talks about how to get your customers to "marry" your brand: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vw03TlHboKE
