It is better to be sure than be sorry in the end. It's really helpful that you thought of putting these steps up for those non-techy parents out there. It is still a plus that parents should be updated with today's technologies and recent trends of their teens. This will give them the chance to assess if these things can be harmful for their kids and what remedies they can do to prevent their kids from being too exposed to the harms of the online world. In our house with a 13 year-old, we require constant training and retraining with regards to social media.
